Area Mentoring was created to help organizations reach potential mentors by partnering with other local programs. Through
National Mentoring Month events, the annual Northern California Mentoring Conference, workshops, and networking opportunities,
mentoring programs can leverage their voice to reach volunteers, donors, and the media.

Mentoring boosts your organization's visibility to potential volunteers, the general public, and potential corporate supporters.
By including your organization on this Web site, you can expand your organization's reach to recruit new mentors, share in
networking opportunities with other mentoring organizations, and promote your organization through Bay Area Mentoring's marketing
and public relations campaigns.
An annual membership fee of $25 covers the costs of supporting this Web site and discounts
to Coalition sponsored events.
